Crisis Management

There are times, for a wide variety of reasons that the current management of a company cannot deal with the financial and/or operational situation facing the company. A critical manager might have left or become incapacitated, or the company finds that management cannot move rapidly enough to address the current problems and issues. In many instances senior managers know how to grow a company or maintain the status quo, but are not equipped either by experience or temperament to reorganize or downsize the company. In some cases management might also be overwhelmed by the shear magnitude of the problems they face.

These are the types of situations in which ESBA can step-in in a “Crisis Manager” role and assume control of some or all of the day-to-day management functions for a period of time. We have provided our clients with a variety of interim crisis manager services including:
