Prepared cash collateral budgets on a weekly basis, prepared court related reports, acted as treasury management liaison with investment bankers and prospective acquirer and coordinated other financial professional service providers' activities. Subsequent to the sale of the company's assets, oversaw the corporate wind-down and, at the request of the acquirer, continued to provide budgeting and treasury management services to the new company. $20+ million manufacturer of critical flight safety parts: President and COO. Managed reorganization efforts in sales, operations, quality, finance and systems in order to return the company to profitability. Engineered a strategic market shift, implemented production scheduling and control systems, and managed the company through a major cash flow crisis. $60+ million manufacturer of fine and specialty chemicals: Crisis management and bankruptcy coordination. Prepared an extensive viability analysis of the company's operations and cash-flow requirements, and presented findings separately to the company's Board and bank group. Coordinated the company's bankruptcy efforts, including preparation of the cash collateral budgets and financing negotiations.
